On 31 January and 1 February2025, the SHER Programme facilitated a two-day workshop to support the University “Ukshin Hoti” in Prizren (UUHP) in developing its Strategic Plan for 2025-2029. The workshop was officially opened and addressed by Rector Prof. Assoc. Dr. Mentor Alishani and SHER Thematic Coordinator Mr. Nehat Dervishi. The workshop brought together a diverse working group, including the Vice Rectors, academic and administrative staff, and a student representative, ensuring an inclusive and comprehensive approach to strategic planning.

Following the opening remarks, SHER expert provided an overview of the workshop process, which was structured into sessions. Discussions focused on implementation phases, budget allocations, and risk mitigation strategies, laying the groundwork for effective implementation. Additionally, the workshop emphasized the development of key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure progress and impact. Throughout the workshop, participants worked in smaller groups, focusing on each section and discussing the mechanisms and responsibilities for ongoing monitoring and evaluation.
