CALL FOR EXPERT’S ROSTER

SHER Programme is seeking to create a roster of qualified experts (national) which may be involved in the implementation of the programme activities in Kosovo. If you think that your qualification match with the call criteria, we encourage you to apply.

 

Eligibility/Selection requirements

The candidates shall fulfill the following conditions:

  • Be a citizen of the Republic of Kosovo;
  • Have extensive knowledge and experience in one of the above-mentioned fields of expertise (experience evidence might be requested);
  • Have a university degree in a relevant field, advanced degree will be considered as an asset;
  • Have extensive experience in the higher education and research sector including drafting assessments, analyses, working group proceedings, and support for the revision of national legislation (laws, administrative instructions, regulations and similar);
  • Be physically fit to perform the required duties;
  • Excellent oral and written knowledge of the English language;
  • Excellent writing, analytical, communication, interpersonal, moderation, and presentation skills (experience evidence might be requested);
  • Ability to work on short deadlines under close coordination and supervision of the programme team and the consortium;
  • Ability to operate in a multi-complex situation.

When applying, please indicate in the subject line for which fields of expertise you are applying (please see point 2 for reference). Due to the anticipated high number of applications, the SHER will not be able to respond to everyone individually.
Please note that only short-listed candidates will be considered for inclusion into the expert roster.
For (possible) concrete engagement of the experts, the consortium and the programme team will get in touch individually during the implementation of the programme (August 2024 – May 2027).
