On 15 April 2025, the SHER team participated in the Annual Board Meeting of the Organization of Kosovar-Austrian Alumni (OKAA). The participants engaged in a productive discussion and explored ways in which SHER will continue its support

The meeting was officially opened by Mr. Jeton Mehmeti, Head of the OKAA Board, who welcomed everyone and presented OKAA’s strategic objectives for 2025. This was followed by remarks from Mr. Aqim Emurli, SHER Programme Team Leader, who emphasized SHER’s commitment to supporting OKAA in its mission of strengthening international collaboration.

The following discussions centered on upcoming OKAA initiatives such as strengthening the alumni network, increasing public outreach, and promoting academic and cultural exchange between Kosovo and Austria. With a shared focus on advancing internationalization and academic mobility, SHER looks forward to continuing its support of OKAA’s mission and is pleased to contribute to the upcoming activities.
