On 21–22 November 2025, SHER Programme was pleased to support the University “Ukshin Hoti” in Prizren (UUHP) in organizing the 4th International Scientific Conference BRIDGE 2025. This year’s conference provided an important platform for researchers and academics from Kosovo and beyond not only to present scientific papers and abstracts, but also to exchange ideas and build new partnerships. The Conference programme addressed a wide range of topics, including challenges in education, technological advancements, the impact of science on society, the role of evidence-based research in shaping public policy, etc.

As a long-standing partner of the UUHP, SHER supported the conference by strengthening both its international dimension and its organizational capacity. A key contribution was facilitating the participation of Dr. Klaus Schuch our consortium expert from ZSI, who delivered a keynote speech. His expertise and long-standing experience in European research cooperation added significant value and increased the conference’s international visibility. Through this support, SHER helped the university further enhance its ability to host high-quality academic events and advance its internationalization efforts.

BRIDGE 2025 has become one of the university’s most important annual academic events, and SHER remains committed to supporting initiatives that strengthen Kosovo’s higher education and research landscape.
