On 05-06 December 2025, SHER Programme supported the University “Kadri Zeka” in Gjilan (UKZ Gjilan) in organizing and facilitating a two-day workshop dedicated to the review and refinement of five core institutional regulations. This activity is part of SHER’s ongoing efforts to strengthen governance, transparency, and accountability within higher education institutions in Kosovo.

As part of this support, SHER worked closely with the university’s working group, offering expert input and structured facilitation throughout the revision process. The regulations under review address several essential areas, including the organization of administrative positions, ethical standards, disciplinary procedures, mobility frameworks, and the prevention and protection from harassment.

Through this engagement, the SHER Programme is helping UKZ Gjilan build a more coherent and modernized regulatory framework. This support ensures that the university’s policies are aligned with contemporary standards and contribute to a safer, more inclusive, and more effective academic environment.
