On 12–13 December 2025, the SHER Programme supported the Public International Business College in Mitrovica (IBCM) in organizing the final two-day workshop for the development of its institutional Strategic Plan for the period 2026–2030.

Throughout the strategic planning process, SHER Programme worked closely with the institutional working group and facilitated the overall process through providing expert support and organizing a series of workshops. SHER expert guided discussions aimed at defining strategic priorities, objectives, and implementation measures.

The final workshop focused on reviewing and validating the key components of the Strategic Plan, ensuring coherence across strategic objectives, actions, and monitoring mechanisms. This event marked the conclusion of SHER’s support to IBCM in developing a comprehensive and forward-looking Strategic Plan

Through this support, SHER Programme contributed to strengthening IBCM’s strategic planning capacities and enhancing institutional governance in line with national higher education priorities.
