On 23 July 2026, SHER continued its support to the Universiteti “Fehmi Agani” in Gjakova (UFAGJ) in advancing the development of its Strategic Plan 2026–2030. This workshop built upon the achievements of the previous session, offering participants an opportunity to consolidate the agreed strategic direction and to deepen their engagement with the planning process.

A central focus of the workshop was the identification and assessment of potential risks that could influence the successful implementation of the Strategic Plan. Through guided discussions, participants examined both internal and external factors, weighing their possible impact on institutional priorities. This exercise not only sharpened awareness of challenges but also encouraged proactive thinking about mitigation strategies and contingency planning.

Equally important was the continued work on the Action Plan, which translates strategic objectives into concrete steps. Participants engaged in group work and collaborative dialogue to review the proposed activities, ensuring their alignment with the overarching goals and key performance indicators. The process allowed for critical reflection, highlighting areas that required further refinement and adjustment to strengthen coherence and feasibility.

By combining risk analysis with action planning, the workshop reinforced UFAGJ’s commitment to building a robust and forward-looking Strategic Plan.
